NO DELIVERY
<p>RAM couriers did not deliver Christmas presents ordered for my children on 19 December. This was a local delivery (Cape Town to Fish Hoek) and despite my efforts to follow this up your customer service agents did not follow up and your Cape Town branch was unreachable. You will deny this since your tracking service stated that an attempt was made - this is a false. I did not leave the house the whole day knowing the parcel will be delivered and at the time you state the attempt was made my husband just arrived home i.e. he was in the street.</p>
