NO DELIVERY

<p>Ive been trying to get hold of someone at the cape town branch since 9:30 and the call keeps getting put down and when i complained about the issue i get told they aware of it yet they keep trying to transfer me or put me on hold which keeps dropping the call. My parcel was supposed to be delivered last week thursday but as of today i have still not received anything. i was promised that i would have it thursday but nothing then again today i got promised that it would be delivered before the end of today and still nothing. When i phoned the call centre i get told that its funny they would promise me this when they only deliver my area tuesdays and wednesdays. and the reason it was held back was due to a stock take which has now turned in to something else because no one at the company can get on the same page. they are aware of the issues with the phone but they in johannesburg and cant do anything about cape town its been taken up with management</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the worst courier company i have ever dealt with and will never use them again. They have no customer s****s what so ever and are so uprofessional. clearly everyone that works there is already on holiday and do not care about any business that has come in before they left.</p> <p> </p>
