No delivery
This company allows other persons to change delivery addresses on your behalf and after numerous calls to inform them that the address was incorrect they still don't deliver. Shocking and pathetic service. Will probably call me now to tell me they will deliver my parcel tomorrow which is unacceptable.

Please can you provide me with a waybill numbers so I can look into this matter. Our policy is that we can not change the address unless the sender sends us confirmation to do so.
If this procedure was not followed the staff member in question will be disciplined.
I await your feedback so we can take this further and finalize this matter.
