NO Customer ServiceR

I ordered a sim from Rain which they assured me that it would be delivered within 5 days by RAM, the RAM team sent a text confirming that they had received the package from Rain and will be delivering, I waited the whole week the delivery person eventually calls and I confirm I have moved from the address they failed to deliver as promised so we go ahead and proceed with setting up new day to deliver, I go back to the same address the next day, waited the whole day and no delivery was made, the following day I reach out to the head office where the agent by the name of Norma promised delivery as confirmed by her Manager at my new address, the day goes by and nothing comes, later on in the day the driver calls and tells me his at the old address outside waiting for me, I confirm am not available as arranged delivery needed to take place at the new address, he cuts the call and me and switch is it off, as I tried calling them back but it went straight to voicemail. VERY DISAPPOINTING, WAITING ON A CRITICAL ITEM FOR 2 WEEKS, I MUST SAY HORRIBLE SERVICE.
