No customer service
I am disgusted by the bad or no customer service from this establishment. There is just no way of getting in to contact with them, not their contact number or Whatsapp service is operational, just getting messages that says they are experiencing technical difficulties. I requested 2 packages to be collected and it's been 2 days without feedback after I have already paid, this is utterly ridiculous, will never recommend them
