No customer service
I Thilivhali was expecting a delivery on 11.8.2021 for my online sim order. The guy phone at 09h27 and Ainform me that will arrived at 11h30 and at 13 30 i did phone the guy and he said he is going to deliver some important order which means mine was not important and i did even received the SMS at 07h49 for confirmation that my parcel was out for delivery. I had to call the guy but around 13h30 . Instead he wante me to leave my Id and Proof of address while wher i stay the was no one until i leave he never even arrived and i dont to know as i need to go to the another province with that sim. No communications and it seems like he was just taking an advantage of me.

We are not aware of where arrangements made for delivery with you yesterday. The tracking shows that the delivery vehicle had broken down, thus delaying the delivery of your parcel to you.
Please note that the your parcel is out to be delivered today. Courier should be able to contact you upon delivery of your parcel.

12 Aug 2021, 21:32Still today I did not get the delivery as the driver call me at 14h30 and he does moot even have a listening skills he wanted me to leave My ID with some other people at this time where crime is too high really. I understand the break down of but was not supposed to be communicated with us as clients that to be told today after we complain? Why Khuliso did not inform me by the time I call him as he only told me about the less important as it does not need to be escorted by firearms personnel. To have break down is not a train smash but communication is very imported and even to listen to us is very imported. When we order we have our plans not to get opinions from either your driver or your office. Take not check most of the people are complaining about the same thing. You end up making us to give up on what we what due to RAM
