No customer service

I've been trying to contact ram for a week to change the contact number for the delivery of my package. I keep getting notifications that they could not deliver my package because I did not pick up my phone. I've tried their customer service number multiple times and it either reverts to a congested message and automatically ends my call or I fall into a queue that drops my call after 10 minutes every time. The delivery address is that of a business and the delivery note instructed that they can reach me through reception. Regardless, no attempt was made to deliver the package after they could not personally reach me.
