No Communication

Really disappointing service or rather no service for such a big company. Said they are going to deliver on 1/10/19 and without any communication decided not to. Appone phoning them back on the 2/10/19 at 15:00 once again to enquire why the delivery did not take place, i was informed that the parcel wont be delivered today either, and they are not able to tell me when to expect the delivery of my parcel. Still waiting for them to phone back. Wont use them again.
