NO COMMUNICATION - DELIVERY VEHICLE BROKE DOWN

I received a message stating my parcel would be delivered on Friday. I checked the status of the parcel after and noticed that the vehicle had broken down. But no communication has been forth coming. I also called in on Friday t confirm delivery time as i needed to be elsewhere so i would've had to make arrangements! NOBODY CALLED ME BACK EITHER!!!!
