No Communication and Lies

Ram deserves a negative star rating because what is this? I ordered on Bash and Ram is supposed to deliver, I don’t receive any sms from them , I don’t receive any calls from them but a WhatsApp stating I’m unavailable on call and my delivery address is wrong, Very unacceptable I’m upset . I want to collect from their warehouse in Pretoria and I’m not allowed ram is a bull**** courier company.
