No communication after inquiry

Expected parcel within 24 hours as usual with RAM their one day literally means 24 hours you will have your package. Any way...<br> <br> I have been expected a parcel that left the Isando branch just before 7AM. <br> <br> After 2pm i expected the parcel because of the 24 hour delivery.<br> Spoke to tabang who said he would check and follow up.<br> <br> After 4pm i phone d tabang again who informed me that they lost the driver delivering in the east and i will only get my parcel the following day. <br> <br> So i paid R99 to get a parcel from Pretoria to Jhb withing 24 hours with RAM and now i am without parcel and really peedoff with RAM.
