Don’t know what’s the point of letting them know that I won’t be receiving the parcel and that somebody will receive on my behalf. I need to travel with my ID and cannot leave it with the 3rd party. I’ve tried to call the customer service line but no response, called 3 times in the same day and waited for a good amount of time and nobody answered so I’ve tried, therefore please call me back to arrange a delivery date otherwise just return the parcel back to sender (also stop delivering parcels after 5pm, it’s a very awkward time, it happens all the time)
