No collection. Waste of time.

Terrible communication. Did not collect parcel on arranged date. Driver made false claims saying my parcel wasn't ready after he phoned me at 18:15 to say that he wasn't going to make it but he will collect the following morning. The following day came and went with no collection. Don't use this company if you value your time. Rather pay more for a company with good service.
