No Collection since yesterday

I Have an Urgent Parcel that needed to be delivered Today.I phoned early yesteday morning to arrange collection. then phoned yesterday at about 4pm to confirm if they will come and collect yes was the answer, no collection. I phoned again this morning and spoke to a couple of people to find out what is happening. Please note this is a urgent parcel. I spoke to one of the managers to ask if it can be collected before 12pm today, Still no show and no feedback.<br> I am A Vodacom store that is relying on Ram for my parcel.
