NO COLLECTION!!!
I made an order this morning at 10:30 to have a package collected in Johannesburg and delivered to Pietermaritzburg. During the online ordering process I was told that collection would take place before 14:00. I've tried calling only to be put on hold for over 8 minutes. I eventually hung up and was not called back. I leave Johannesburg tomorrow on holiday and won't be back until the new year and the day before I leave I have to stay home all day just in case they eventually pitch. Pathetic! Even the Post Office would've been better and cheaper.
