No care in the World

Absolutely ********** service

Tracking indicated my package would be delivered Friday the 15th before 17:00, it showed this the entire week, even Friday, made a plan to be at home to collect package, sat and waited till 15:00 call the help line, person that answers the phone has Absolutely no care in the world, asked and pleaded please can we make some sort of plan, only when I raised my voice was put through to someone senior, was told shipments were delayed, how is this my problem???!! She said it should be delivered on Saturday, tried atleast 5 times to speak with a consultant through WhatsApp not one single answer got said everytime sorry the time has elapsed or something at 13:00 they said sorry office open only till 13:00

Why offer a service you not committed to deliver on??!!!

I work with multiple courier services being a wholesaler but this kind of service in today's time of technology??? Absolutely disgusting

I told the person at the call center I planned to be at my house the 15th specifically to collect my package, I can't do it again Monday the 18th, I have to be back at work
