no call-no delivery-no service
i have had such bad service firstly the driver who ws out to deliver did not call me but supposedly said they tried to call me
today also apparently someone called but i have not seen even a missed call
when i call the contact numbers the agents drop the calls
when i do live chat they take forever to answer and give me inaccurate answers
i even asked for the option for me to go pick up but they said i cant
i had asked on friday that they deliver today as i had to leave for Jhb today but they did not, when i live chat the guy Xavier said i should expect it on thursday i mean what bull**** is that? it is still two hours till 5 and i expect the delivery to be done , its not that far to umhlanga
i even sent emails to help@ram but no answer
pathetic service never again will i ever order something that comes through this **** company

i have been seeing reviews about this ******* service but i was hoping for a better chance, i have spent so much of airtime calling these people and they end up dropping the call
We have looked into the chats and have asked for the attention of the manager to investigate the matter.
The delivery can be made at the soonest tomorrow. We have escalated the matter to the branch so that they attempt the delivery without fail.
