No call, No delivery
Till today I havent received my parcel. Ram ask me to update my number and adress after two days of trying to get hold of them. Ive been tracking my parcel the whole day, the status just say "Delivery of consignment failed due to Unavailable - Need an access card / permit to deliver" Meanwhile Ive been waiting for their call sitting at home, they never called. no sms. Italked with many differnt agents of theirs,they keep on saying they will call me. Im so dissappointed of this service.
