No attempt to deliver

Do you guys know that when you send someone a notification to say package is out for delivery, they have to be on standby the entire day!?

I waited from 7:30am, every time a car hoots or I hear a cat engine outside, I jump up and check if it's not you guys.

I'm working from home and this rigmarole has negatively affected my productivity. Your webchat agents taken forever to reply back and promptly exit at 5pm, without responding to customer.

I need this delivery first thing in the morning, now that you've rescheduled without so much as an attempt to deliver. I will not put myself through this. Supersonic is better off cancelling this order and I'll make another plan. You're appalling!
