No Attempt at Delivery yet recorded as Non-Delivery

My Rain Sim was to be delivered by RAM. Yet the track parcel records show non-delivery. No attempt was mae to contact me by SMS or phone call. The Security at my gate deny that there was any delivery. Your records are a total lie!
