No assistance

<p>I have a parcel that Ram Hand to Hand Couriers are handling. I phone this morning to find out the ETA of my parcel due to the fact that I am only available on the delivery address till 2 o'clock the consultant took my details down and assure me that the people who is handling the drivers will call me back just now, it is 4 hours later and still no one phoned me. Please keep in mind that I am litteraly 8 km away from them and the parcel is out for Deliveries since 9 O'clock it is 1 o'clock and i am still waiting for my parcel and a phone call. I will not recommend them to any one.</p> <p> </p> <p>A very dissapointed customer.</p> <p> </p>
