Nightmare Courier Experience

This courier service has been a complete nightmare. Despite traveling across Johannesburg, providing my address and telephone details at their Centurion branch, and visiting Isando for their Industria branch address and providing again providing my address and telephone number at their industria branch, my parcel remains undelivered since November 24, 2023. The lack of professionalism is beyond disappointing.
