Next day delivery not happening

I'm mystified to say the least with the service of this company as I was promised a next day delivery from Vodacom Direct with my upgrade. From the Vodacom Direct side everything ran smooth until it hit a glitch with the Cape Town branch as I've been tracking my parcel and its not updated movement since 05:55 on 02/12/2015 with the last recorded movement as OUT OF CONTAINER CAPE TOWN. I've been sitting waiting the whole day expecting my package yesterday, not even a courtesy call, I've even tried making contact was kept on hold and eventually put the phone down, tried the live chat discovered its not live at all. You need to up your game RAM Couriers, your service are disappointing to say the least.
