Next day delivery - No information on my parcel and still not delivered

I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after reading all the reviews. It seemed like all the issues were with purchases to be delivered from retailers. I decided to use their online service to book a courier, and chose the most expensive option available for my location (Next day 11:00)

Everything up until now seemed good. They called to confirm addresses and were very friendly, collected the parcel yesterday, the tracking was promptly updated. But since 4:40 am this morning the parcel has been on a flight from JHB to CPT.

I tried calling and emailing but not getting through to anyone. I really do understand things get delayed and life happens but paying double the price and still getting lower tier service. Not being able to contact anyone, no updates beyond 4:40 am. As a customer it would be nice to be informed of delays (if there are any) instead of having to go through this much trouble just to find out where my package is.

Could you please tell me where my package is and also when I should expect it so I can arrange to be around to collect it?

It's really disappointing, everything looked so promising and the website is really convenient and easy to use. I just wish the service was as good.
