Never use RAM couriers

This company never communicate when they will deliver as we are waiting for a package for more than a month and they keep sending it back due to not finding us.( work underground in the mine ) have call numerious times to request them to call to let us know when delivery will take place in order to be available.and to note it on their system to contact when on their way.Never any communication.And i have to keeep re ordering my package just to go through all this again.

This is absolute crazy.I cannot take off work when i recieve an email that my parcel has been picked up and now for the next 3 to 5 days i must stay at home without pay just to recieve a parcel. Never have i experienced such bad service
