NEVER USE RAM COURIER THEY ARE ********

They don't even deserve a one star by far the worst courier service i have delt with in my life on four different occasions i have had lame excuses why my parcel was not delivered but listen to the best excuse, my parcel was sent out for that's the sms u receive then u can track ur order, after around 10 am i spoke to the ram agent she called the driver the driver informed her he'll be in my around 2pm that day went past nothing was delivered the next day same story this went on for three consecutive days, the last day around 4:30pm i called asked then where is the driver i was on hold for twenty minutes then she told me the drive assured me he'll be there any minute he is two blocks away at 5pm i called again i spoke to a guy he couldn't get hold of the driver eventually after 5 attempts he got hold of the driver but suddenly the driver was hijacked, this is so freaken hilarious, i cancelled the order after that, so yesterday it all started again sms send out blah blah blab then nothing came so I'm waiting for my parcel again.

I don't know y companies such as vodacom and telkom use these useless couriers deliver it yourself!!! If i don't get my parcel today there is going to be trouble. I urge all the public to NEVER USE RAM
