Never ever use RAM. Clients doesn't matter to them and they love empty promises.

Worst service I have ever had. Took a day off work today to find out that it was all for nothing. Driver was here at my place according to them and couldn't deliver because of delivery address or some thing. Then the driver has got my number and didn't call me. While this is happening I'm tracking my parcel and then saw the issue that they called and couldn't get hold of me. I had my phone on me. No miss calls or nothing. Called in and had to hold 30 min to get hold of someone. Got put through to supervisor, got cut of and then another 30 min got hold of a lady that told me they will deliver Monday. I can not take another unpaid leave day. I am sick and tired of this poor device. The lady told me that they will call me tonight to tell me when soonest they can deliver. Never called. Ram is a joke. Taking the clients for fools. The driver saw that it was 16:30 and he wants to go home because it is Friday.
