Never delivers and say they did

We have ordered an iPhone 8 through FNB and have been waiting for this delivery since Monday. Everyday the courier company let's us know that they will be at the stated address BEFORE 4PM. Since Monday, we have been waiting after hours in order for someone to deliver. On Monday the courier said that they have delivered, however nobody called us and then the next day we get an SMS saying that the delivery was unsuccessful (from FNB) and they will cancel the order if we do not contact them regarding the matter. We called and they did not cancel and said the delivery will be done today. It's currently 6PM and we are still waiting. We have been on the phone with RAM consultants who are incredibly rude and unresponsive. The one lady just constantly puts the phone down and when we tracked the order a few minutes ago it said "Non Delivered" and when we called again, no answer or the phone gets put down on us. This is unacceptable! The one time we got through to a consultant they advised that the courier was 10-15 minutes away. That was almost an hour ago... Extremely unimpressed!!!!
