Never delivered my parcel
I had a delivery from BASH that I was supposed to receive on the 29th of November 2024 as per the email I received. I waited for the delivery that day of which never came. When I track my package on the 30th of November, it shows that my parcel was delivered and that it was received by Nkosana at around 14h44 I do not know a Nkosana for that matter and i have checked our camera footage, and there was no delivery
I have been reaching out to the RAM & Bash Agents and ALL of them just leave me hanging. I spoke to about 4 different people. I even logged an online query and I haven't gotten any feedback.
I WANT MY PARCEL RAM COURIERS and proof of where i signed for it.
If i do not get my parcel, i will go to the ombudsman and don't care how long it takes
