Never again will I use Ram Couriers
Allow me to rant and rave for a moment. I will never ever support Ram Couriers who boast "seamless delivery". They misplaced one box of eleven which was sent to me from Jhb to Nelspruit so now they refuse to deliver the rest because the " order is incomplete". They confirmed that box 8 of 11 was misplaced by THEM. It was found in the meantime and is in transit, but they won't deliver until they have all! I called the Nelspruit branch to ask if I can pick up in the meantime, but they said I'm not allowed to do so but must wait for the delivery.
