Never again

I always use Ram , but today has been a massive disappointment -early this morning I did a transaction online and paid for next day delivery of documents -the payment went thru , but I received no confirmation e mail , from there the drama started , every time I phone the number -then speak to a person and when I say it was done online -I am being transferred to a man who apparently work with the online queries , the only problem , every single time they put me thru to this person -the phone is not answered and eventually the call is cut -I then phone again , the same thing happen !! I have never seen such a *********** call center , it is almost 14H00 and the documents have not been collected , I have no confirmation that the transaction went thru , I can not speak to the mystery man and my money was deducted from my account 09H25 this morning ?????????

21/06/2018-To add -I eventually got hold of a person that claimed he is the supervisor of online sales -Tyrone Kennedy -he found my order, and told me that the payment was not reflecting, I asked him -as this is an overnight parcel -when were they going to tell me that???? – I send him proof of the payment -that he then would have send to another department -and then the courier would come to collect the parcel , I waited -at my work address till 19H00 last night -nobody showed up -the documents that is supposed to be delivered today -is still with me , NO COMMINICATION from Tyrone Kennedy after he told me -he would phone me to give me feedback Now a day later -I find this message on my Halo peter complaint Good day, Thank you for your post.
