Negligent driver
On the 24 of November as I turned into a street where a RAM vehicle was parked on the left side of the road. The driver of the RAM vehicle failed to acknowledge that a car was passing by and negligently opened the car door. The door took off my side mirror and s****ped upon the side of my car. I'm still waiting for a response from Ram on wheither damage will be sort for as no news or updates are being made.

Thank you for informing us can you give me more information, where did this occur and time frame so we can check which vehicle it was. This is unacceptable and once all info is given I will have it to our claims and HR departments
