No professionalism. They do not arrange with you for a time slot, they arrive whenever they feel like it. No warning, just "I am at the gate". You basically have to give up the whole day just to wait for them. No going to work, no picking up kids from school. Pathetic service. I cannot believe that companies like this exist in 2023. An on top of it all their drivers are full of attitude and stubborn. No compromise if you say give me 10 to 15 minutes.
