My time was wasted

I was SMSed the delivery delivery date of the 09th July 2020. I canceled my plans because of this and to my surprise when I checked the tracker it says "N - UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN ISA - UNAVAILABLE BUSINESS - CONTACT NOT AVAILABLE". How when I have been home the entire day and not even a missed call from them?
