My takealot due date, no one is coming for my parcel and I can’t get in touch with you guys

I am really frustrated and disappointed in you guys. I have a takealot delivery with my due date almost up. And after making payments and necessary arrangements your drivers didn’t come for the parcel and no one is saying anything I have spent over R100 on airtime just to get in touch with your customer service and no response and I have sent over 10 complaints forms and still no response and when I track my parcel it says that pick up is postponed because parcel was not ready The parcel that nobody came for, how was it not ready. I don’t know why all this happens when you have made payment and everything If you guys can’t continue business please close down , the pain and stress you causing people is too much There is no positive reviews about you guys
