My parcel has VANISHED. And was sent to the WRONG address.
I was expecting a parcel from Vodacom, and they handed it over to RAM. I received various emails and SMSes confirming that the parcel was with RAM on 16 March. It stated my address as in Randpark Ridge. Somehow - RAM was sending it to Industria or Isando?? It failed to deliver and now my parcel has disappeared into thin air. I called RAM today - 1 whole WEEK later as I have heard NOTHING from RAM> They do not know where my parcel is!!! I want my parcel immediately and delivered to my CORRECT address. AWFUL, HORRIBLE "service" from RAM.

Please note that the parcel is in Industria, and has been there since last week.
It seems that since the first delivery attempt the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect. We are still waiting for Vodacom to provide to the full delivery address so that the parcel can be dispatched for delivery again. If they do not update/change the address, we will be forced to return the parcel back to the sender.
Have you contacted Vodacom to change the delivery address for you?
