MY PARCEL GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!

They definitely deserve a 0 Rating, I am furious and agitated at this point!!! DHL how do you use such a courier company!!???? My parcel was handed over to someone else imagine that! The person was not verified if it’s me and they took my parcels. The driver called me and I told him the address to deliver and next thing I know I waited at the gate like a fool and nothing came by!!!.
