My Parcel
Very unhappy that my parcel was to be delivered today as per the sms I received on my phone on Monday. My parcel was dispatched by the sender on Tuesday morning already. Today I call Ram to find out the where about's of my parcel because I need it ASAP, one agent tells me the address is wrong, that is why my parcel isn't sent out for delivery today, another one tells me I can go to the warehouse for collection as I opted for collection rather because I need it ASAP, now when I call again for the warehouse exact location, I get told I cannot collect and that my parcel is still in for stock take when my parcel had already arrived in CPT yesterday. I am furious, customers time is clearly not valued. Advise to all, if you need a fast courier, choose not Ram!

The matter has been escalated to the operations manger at the CPT branch and they should be able to contact you for delivery arrangements at the soonest possible time.
