Multiple Claimed Delivery Dates Missed

Honestly the most infuriating courier company to work with. Their tracking system stated that my package was to be delivered on the 18th of October 2024, which I took to heart since I needed my package as soon as possible.

I phoned them later the day to enquire if my package was going to be delivered and was told that I lived in an outlaying/regional area and that my area isn't served on Fridays, but they will deliver on Monday, annoying, but whatever.

So today is Monday and after yet another phone call to RAM I am told that I'm in a regional area and that my area isn't served on Mondays either. (Also the nice lady commented that "who told you we'd come on Monday?"). Do I just NEVER get my package because you decided that my area isn't important enough to serve? I hope and pray that my package arrives tomorrow given that the tracking just STOPPED on Thursday night.

To add insult to injury they removed the "Delivery Before or On" date from the tracking for me as well as the "Expected Delivery Time" of 3 days since they missed that mark woefully. Tell me guys, if The Courier Guy can delivery in my "regional area" DAILY, why can't you? I've gotten packages shipped from CHINA with BUFFALO faster than you guys get me one from Johannesburg, it's honestly DEPRESSING and not the first time I've had to deal with your frankly dubious at best service in my area.
