MTN router NOT delivered

Ordered fibre with MTN and they happen to use RAM as a courier service. Honestly they should consider using a different vendor because RAM’s service is appalling. Can’t even get through to the customer service. The router was set for next day delivery but as of today, it’s been six days since they’re just holding on to it. At this point I could just fetch the router myself.
