Really horrible service from this company. They give you a window of 9 hours to deliver (yes RAM, we all sit around waiting on deliveries all day. Then you call the call centre and the calls are cut multiple times. When you eventually get to an agent, very telkom-esque behaviour exhibited. Not helpful at all, agent speaks above you and then puts the phone down when you try to make a point. Hope I never have to deal with this rotten company again
