I have no enough words to express my disappointment with the service i received from Ram employees, it started with the attitude of the drivers,now it's the complaint department ,i wrote several emails to their complaint department but no one is coming to me as if they don't see my correspondence, they only responded to the first email where they simple said your reference does not exist and that was it,i gave them another valid reference but nobody came to me..i am still waiting for my parcel..Ram your service is extremely bad,rotten i will not ever use your service ever again,calling your landline number is another impossible mission..
