Most useless delivery company is south Africa

I expected a parcel for delivery. When i received communication regarding the parcel i phoned RAM and ensured they have the correct contact detail.

I phone again yesterday to ensure they have the correct contact details. Today i received a mail stating the parcel is out for delivery. Again the wrong number was on the delivery confirmation.

I phoned RAM again and told them what my correct phone number is.

I went to the shop and when i came back I tracked the delivery and it stated could not get hold of customer phone number does not exist.

I Called them again and while i was on the line they phoned the driver, the driver tells them he is no longer in the area, while i am talking to the lady on the phone the delivery van drives past me where i am standing in front of the yard. I tell the lady that the van just passed me, she tell me he told her that he has an urgent delivery.

I think this is the most unprofessional company i have ever worked with. They are Arrogant and dont care about their customers
