Most useless courier company

Left instructions to PHONE me when coming to collect parcel .... NEVER phoned, just pitched up. Parcel not ready for collection. Spoke to DBN office to inform that I will HAND DELIVER parcel to their office. Lady in office said no problem, Come at 9 Monday morning ... Drove a round trip of 120 Km to the RAM DBN office .... Security officer at gate REFUSES to let me in or take my parcel ..... When you phone the *** you get shoved from pillar top post .. So now I will take my business to another courier company and i will inform ALL my clients of the shocking service and attitude I received from RAM ..... Phoned RAM customer services and all they said is \SORRY ...\". <br> <br> There was another person standing at the security gate for OVER 40 minutes also wanting to deliver parcel ...<br> <br> "
