MOST UNRELIABLE COURIER SERVICE COMPANY EVER
4 Times now that I had no other option, but to use this courier service provider and every time i have received the worst service ever. They give a date of delivery when it goes out, then on the day that RAM said it would go out to me. i call them and they say. Sorry you area is not been serviced today. it will only go out tomorrow. rather close this **** place down and people must rather use the courier guy or pudo. i will diffidently not be using this ****py couriers again. Even pep couriers stick to their time why cant they.

I understand the frustration caused thereof and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience experienced and sub-standard service you’ve received from our personnel. Customer satisfaction is something we take very seriously and anything less than ensuring you are completely happy is unacceptable. We currently have hold deliveries from out Umtata Branch pending an on going investigation and therefore cannot assist with dispatching any parcels at the moment. we will however be in touch with you as time goes on to advise on any new developments.
