Most ********* courier ever!!!
Was informed on three occasions that my package would be delivered today.
Receive a call at 16:50, requesting that I please wait for them to attend to delivery will be just after 17:00.
On the system at 17:18 indicates failed delivery while I am literally still waiting for the delivery at 18:00, pushed meetings to be available for this delivery and this is the way Ram deals with their clients.
Attempt to call the driver who contacted me and requested me to wait after hours and no answer.
No answer on their office line either.
The most useless service provider I have had the absolute displeasure of dealing with.
