Most pathetic courier company.

The worst kind of failure. To wait the whole day at my house waiting for a delivery that was supposed to have been delivered the day before already. The courier company is being failed by its delivery team of which I don't even know if it outsources it. Noone can get hold of the driver, or even their own support team. I was stuck at home the whole day just waiting. I called numerous times during the day just to find out where the driver might be, Noone could assist me. Where is my parcel???? Will I ever receive it????
