MOST INEFFICIENT, CLUELESS COURIERS EVER!

Ram Couriers are the most inefficient, pathetic couriers I have ever dealt with in my life. They received a package from Rain to deliver to me on 20/05/2020, they sent me a mail confirming they had the package with my e-mail address and cellphone number in it. On 26/05/2020 I checked their tracking website and it said my sim had been sent to DBN, I then called customer services to find out how to get my package. I was told that they didn't have the correct address and couldn't call to confirm my details, as they didn't have my number. The agent then sent it back to CT, which it arrived on 28/05/2020. I called on 01/06/2020, I was promised delivery on 02/06/2020. I called on 03/06/2020, I was promised delivery on 04/06/2020. I called just around 14:00 on 04/06/2020, to be told that it wasn't out with the drivers and could I please go collect from the depot. At this point, I was desperate, so I went to do so, only to stand outside their warehouse for 1 and a half hours to be told they can't find my package and could I come back on 05/06/2020. I asked for a number for the warehouse, as I refused to go back there to wait in vain again. Called the warehouse on 05/06/2020 and was promised delivery on 08/06/2020. When I called the warehouse on 08/06/2020 to check that the package was out for delivery, I received no answer numerous times. I eventually called the call centre again, only to be told that the package is still not out for delivery. I'm at my wit's end at this point, as no-one can give my actual answers and ETA, only platitudes and empty promises. This company is a joke
