More Seams Than Seamless
Ram Hand-to-Hand – Extremely Poor Service
It has now been 7 days and my parcel is still not delivered.
After numerous calls to Ram Hand-to-Hand, all I get told is that the parcel is “on route” — with absolutely no clarity, no accountability, and no delivery. This response has been repeated over and over with zero progress.
I’ve had to adjust my work schedule and remain available for a delivery that never happens. This level of service is completely unacceptable and very frustrating.
There seems to be no urgency, no communication, and no regard for the customer’s time.
I would strongly caution others before using Ram Hand-to-Hand. Based on my experience, their service is unreliable and disappointing.
