Honestly, a courier company that does not phone you to ask about a time to deliver, nor do they phone you when they've "apparently" visited your doorstep... No one picks up at customer service, the phone just rings and then nothing. I've been waiting for a parcel for 2 days now, each time they tell me it is on the way or almost at my doorstep. The courier truck probably just sits and chills somewhere and when the day is over they tick the boxes saying I didn't answer my phone... I have been home the entirety of these 2 days just for this parcel and have not heard or seen anyone in front of my door, nor have they phoned. The customer service is horrible and the communications dead. A bunch of ******s running this show. Never use them.
